All INET transfers from one number to another will incur a $25.00 charge.  In cases where the number is being transferred to another physical location, the charge will not be applicable since the consumer would have already been charged a transfer fee.  This charge will also not be applicable when requesting a number change on the same physical line, as this type of transaction already has a charge.
